Jeff Young became an instant country music fan at the age of 16, when a friend played him a Waylon Jennings album. "Prior to that, I assumed that country was about people who lived a lifestyle completely foreign to me -- that we had nothing in common. Was I ever wrong! Country is about real people with real feelings and experiences similar to what mine were growing up. Now that I'm an adult with my own family, it's truer than ever". When Jeff began working in country music radio and had the opportunity to meet and speak with country stars first hand, he was even more pleasantly surprised by how relatable and friendly they are when not on stage performing. "Plus, I can actually understand the words when they sing. Rock and pop fans can't always say the same. Which may be just as well!"
Have fun and win prizes on the radio every weekday morning with Young In The Morning. Some of the features you might expect to take part in include: The Birthday Quiz, Brain Buster Trivia, Cheesy Tabloids, Real News Headlines, Country Music News, Way/No Way, What Do Men/Women Know?, Name That Year, Name That Movie
Don Lane Harley Moody
7-10 A.M.
Don Lane—The Man, The Myth But not the Truth
What can be said about this guy that hasn’t been said before. NOT MUCH!!! Don’s radio career began in the early 80’s when life was so much simpler. All you had to worry about was making sure the record(yes vinyl)was set to the right speed. From that moment, that first click of the mic. coming on, he knew his life would never be the same. Bouncing around from station to station he honed is craft to what it is today. ONE BIG LOAD OF PURE, UNADULTERATED, CRAPOLA!!! Without a care in the world, Don opens his mouth and the world shutters. Nobody knows what he’ll say or do next, NOT EVEN HIM!!! To follow him on this adventure he calls life, be sure to tune in mornings on KEYB.
On the serious side Don has been in radio since 1981, working at various stations n S.W. Ok. But that is not all that he has done, Law enforcement, construction, motorcycle sales, gas station, clubs and bars and EMS are just some of the things Don has done. Radio is still his passion. Away from radio there’s not much he doesn’t enjoy. His circle of friends and family are what makes him the happiest, that’s where most of his craziness comes from. Don always says “Radio is theater of the mind.” Follow him on the air to experience what life is like in an asylum.

When not on the air with Don during the morning show Harley likes to share his stories from sea, work on hot rods and spending time with the five best kids any dad could ask for; Jenace, Cicely, Rhett, Stetson and Emberlin. Harley was inspired to become a upstanding citzen by his two brothers Raymond and Larry.
Harley is best known by his backwoods friends as the guy who will try anything and is used to being called "Crazy". Harley has never met a stranger, so if you see him out and about don't be afraid to approach him he won't bite. If you are looking for a good time, then just find Harley.

Dakota loves America, golden retrievers, and Little Debbie Snack Cakes. Not to mention Country Music! Having grown up in a tiny Oregon lakeside town, she knows what it’s like to go nuts, living out in The Sticks. She also appreciates that, out of all musicians, country artists make an effort to look attractive. Yep, she’s that shallow. Dakota has no cake-eating dwarves at home (kids), nor a spousal unit; but she does have a young orchid named Cleo, currently in full bloom. When she’s not on the air, Dakota moonlights as a Countdown Specialist: handling numbers 16 through 10. She plays Texas Hold ‘Em in her spare time, but is so bad at it that she gets taco sauce all over the cards; and loses so much, she has to pay people in turquoise jewelry. Dakota has done radio in Denver, Atlanta, Indianapolis and Vegas. Give her a call sometime -- don’t make her wait: she’ll start perspiring and frighten the neighborhood cats! The party’s off the hook!
